About Jay's Property Management

How we work

• You deal with James directly. Call or text and you reach the person who decides the price and is on the job.
• We quote it. Every job gets a free written quote first, usually the same day, depending on the size of the job. Quotes are good for 30 days.
• The owner is on every job. The person who quotes the work is there while it gets done.
• Cleanup is included. When we are done, the space gets swept.

If something on the job changes the scope, you hear about it and approve it before we do it. There is a $100 minimum, and you pay when the work is done, by cash, check, card or any payment app.

What we do

Junk removal, move-out and estate cleanouts, light demolition, handyman repairs, rental turnovers and landlord maintenance. Despite the name, this site is about the hands-on work: hauling, cleanouts, repairs and turnovers.

We don't haul hazardous material: liquid paint and solvents, chemicals, fuel, asbestos or medical waste. The full list is on what we take.

Where and when

We're based on Jefferson Pike in Frederick and work within about 25 miles: all of Frederick County, including Frederick, Brunswick, Middletown, Walkersville and Thurmont, plus nearby towns like Hagerstown, Germantown, Gaithersburg, Damascus, Leesburg and Charles Town. Bigger jobs up to 50 miles out. Calls and texts are answered Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, and weekend jobs are available. Jay's Property Management LLC, 5738 Jefferson Pike, Frederick, MD 21703.
