How is junk removal priced?
By how much there is and how hard it is to get out. Send a few photos or have us look in person, and you get a written price before anything is loaded. The price you agree to is the price you pay, and the minimum for any job is $100.
What won't you haul?
Hazardous material: paint and solvents in liquid form, chemicals, fuel, asbestos, and medical waste. Almost everything else is fine, from furniture and appliances to yard debris and construction leftovers. If you are not sure about an item, ask when you send photos.
How fast can you turn over a rental between tenants?
It depends on what the unit needs, but most take a few days once it is empty: cleanout, repairs, touch-up paint, and a final clean that leaves it move-in ready. We walk the unit first and give you a written list, price, and ready date before any work starts.
Do you do demolition?
Light demolition, yes: sheds, decks, fences, play sets and interior tear-outs like old cabinets, carpet and drywall, with the debris hauled away in the same job. Nothing structural or load-bearing, and no asbestos or other hazardous material.
What area do you cover?
We're based on Jefferson Pike in Frederick and work within about 25 miles: all of Frederick County, including Frederick, Brunswick, Middletown, Walkersville and Thurmont, plus nearby towns like Hagerstown, Germantown, Gaithersburg, Damascus, Leesburg and Charles Town. Bigger jobs up to 50 miles out.
How soon can you do the job?
You get a date with the written quote. Tell us your deadline when you send photos and we will say right away whether we can meet it. Quotes usually come back the same day, Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.
Do I need to be home?
No, as long as there's a lockbox or a keypad lock we can use. You can pay afterward by card or payment app.
Do you work weekends?
Yes, weekend jobs are available. Calls and texts are answered Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.
Are there extra fees?
Only for a few items, and they are on your written quote. Mattresses are $28 each. Items with refrigerant (refrigerators, freezers, AC units, dehumidifiers), tires, and jobs with bed bugs or mold carry an added fee. Concrete, brick, dirt and roofing shingles cost more to dump, so that is built into the quote. Pianos, safes and hot tubs are priced per job. TVs, electronics and other non-hazardous items cost nothing extra.
How long is a quote good for?
30 days. The quote is free and in writing, and the price on it is the price you pay.
