We do the repair, clean up, and send you a short note on what was done. You pay by cash, check, card or any payment app.
What we won't take on
We don't take full roof replacement, HVAC install or repair, electrical panel work, or tree removal, and we don't collect rent, screen tenants or manage leases. Hazardous material like asbestos goes to a specialist. Calls and texts are answered Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, and work is by appointment, with weekend jobs available; requests that come in after hours wait for the next business day.

Requests that come in after hours wait for the next business day. For anything that can't wait, like a burst pipe, call a plumber directly, and we can follow up with the drywall and the cleanup.
Do you need to be the only person working on my rentals?
No. Use us for what we do well and keep your other trades. If an item needs one of them, we'll tell you rather than guess.
