Backyard Playhouse Teardown in Frederick
A homeowner in Frederick wanted an old wooden playhouse taken down and gone from the backyard.
What was asked
After a phone call, she texted James (Jay) King photos of the playhouse and asked for a price and a date. She also asked the question we wish everyone asked: does the price include taking the playhouse away once it is down? It did.
What we did
We sent a price back by text a few minutes after the photos came in, with two days to choose from. She picked a Tuesday, late morning. On the day James texted when he was running a few minutes behind; then we took the playhouse apart, loaded every piece on the truck and cleaned up the spot where it stood.
How it ended
The playhouse was gone the same day, with the debris hauled off as part of the price. She later left a five-star Google review and called us back that year for more work around the yard.
